Genesis 1 - 2 shepshed Am
Expectations were high at the start of this new season. A couple of very encouraging debut appearances from Tobi Love and Chris Hardisty helped the genesis cause. Genesis started with a new system which took a while to settle into. But after 10mins Genesis were looking the much better team. Genesis were on top for probably 80mins of the game, but Shepshed went ahead against the run of play and then went 2 up with another goal in the second half. Genesis kept creating chances and eventually got one back with a great free kick from Ian Radcliffe. Unfortunately we couldn't find anymor despite many attempts on goal. A dissapoionting start but some very promising signs. MoM Jorge Jimenez
