Genesis FC 2 - 3 Whitwick Wanderers

Whitick Wanderers had only conceded 1 goal this season and were sitting top of Div 2. We knew they would give us a good game, but the first 15mins of the game, we took them apart and created 3/4 excellent chances. But against the run of play they scored from a cross, but we were confident that we'd soon be back in the game. Unfortunately at half time we were somehow 3-0 down!! We had continued to play great football but some mistakes had allowed them to convert the three chances they had. We started strong again in the second half and were again the better team, eventually our break came when tyler was brought down in the box. He scored, 15mins later exactly the same, tyler was brought down again and peno number 2 went nicely into the bottom corner. That left us 15mins to equalise and force extra time at leaste, but we just couldn't compose ourselves and get the equaliser so we go out of the county cup 3-2. Ryan Patman was voted MOM
