Genesis FC 4 - 1 Whitwick

A home draw at the Fortress was a good start but there was a lot to do to progress to the final of the Premier Cup. Meadwell had Tonsalitus (latin spelling) and had to watch and not say much on the side line. the first half performance was supperb. Genesis dominated the whole half playing great passing football and creating many chances. Patman played Tyler in and with only 3 men to beat it was a forgone conclusion, Yep, Goal Tyler. A ball from tyler then set up Parker for a nice goal and towards the end of the half Tyler put a long cross into the box which got headed into the goal by a Whitwick player. It was some of the best football genesis have played for a while and Whitwick really didn't get a look in. Second half we were off the pace a bit at times but never looked in trouble. A cross from Jez gave Tyler a chance to score his second, and later Whitwick got a goal. A supperb performance from the whole team.
