Genesis FC - 3 - 0 Ingles.

Ingles were top of the league but had lost to us earlier in the year. With renewed confidence in the team Genesis started well and played some good football. We defended well after Ingles created some chances, but after half an hour Tyler got on the end of a pass from Patman and put it away for a 1 - 0 lead at half time. We continued to defend well and 15minutes into the 2nd half a square ball from Jez gave Tyler a chance for a 2nd which he took with class. The last goal was the best with a ball into Tyler from an unknown source, Tyler skipped through 4 defenders and beat the keeper, a real touch of class. Karl Wideman had a great game and was voted MOM even with Tylers hatrick. We played really well with great attitudes, a game where we played to our potential.

 

 

Genesis 2nds  3 - 4  Caterpiller.

A good battle for the 2nds, unfortunately caterpiller went too far ahead taking a 4-1 lead. A great come back from Genesis creating chances at the end but unfortunately not being able to get back level. One goal from Chris Blunt and two from Andy Curran. Two assists from Pete Carlil corners. MOM went to Chris Blunt who had a great game.
