Genesis 2 - 3 Sileby Saints

Confidence was running high that we would beat our bogey team Sileby, that we've never beaten before. But we were poor. We struggled to link up play and some poor touches let us down. We created very little in the first half and went in 0-0 at half time. In the second half Sileby scored from a header. that gave us a kick and we looked more dangerous for about 15minis. We managed to score from a ball from Chris Ford that Steve Straker finished. Sileby then got another and we went and equalised again with Iain Robertson finishing again from a Chris Ford assist. With 5mins to go, Sileby crossed the ball which eneded up floating into the top corner!! Gutted. Papa was voted MoM.

Genesis Res 1 - 1 Sutton B

A good perfromance by Genesis. We strarted well, a defelcted James
Smith  shot putting us one up, we switched off a little and they
equailsed. We looked the stronger the seond half, and should have
nicked it at the end , although vinny pulled off a couple of great
saves. Still we remain unbeaten and played some great stuff at times.
MOM vinny a great performance.
