Genesis FC 6 - 1 Whitwick

With many players away Gensiss stepped up and put in one of the best performances this season. Two debuts with Andy Cook and Jorge. Although Genesis started well Whitwick went ahead with a header at the far post. Another blow when Papa's had to go off after landing on his but cheek. Genesis stayed focussed and came back with some great goals. Jorge got the equaliser with a great finish from a cross from Dave Radcliffe. Chris Ford then caused panic in the box and was brought down for a Peno. Jorge finished into the top corner. Ian finshed beautifully with a great first touch and cool finish into the bottom corner. Jorge finishged off his hatrick in the first half with a great finish at the back post from a cross from Matt Strickland. The second half was more scrappy and Whitwick pushed on. Ian got the fifth from a cross from Chris Ford and then finshed with a touch of class for his hatrick from a ball from Alex Cuthbert. A great team performance. Jorge was MoM.

Genesis Res 8 - 1 Casttle Donn. Res 

We started the game with a number of new faces after injuries affected
our original sqaud. Those that came in really showed the strength in
depth we have. Chris coward put us one up, from a Bartek corner. Matt
Reed was enjyoimg himself down the left and put in 2 cracking balls
that debutant Tom Hue put away with style, 3-1 at halftime
Pask was replaced by Jon, and he had an immediate impact crossing for
Tom to get his hatrick. Andy Curran made it 5 with a defelcted shot,
and then Miles came off the bench to score with his first touch. Two
more goals from Miles and an O.G. made it 8. a really good win

MoM was Tom Hue.
