Genesis 1st 1 - 2 Melton FC
Top of the league Melton got an early goal but Genesis responded quickly with a great goal from Chris Ford, assist from Alex Cuthbert. A tight game with Melton winning a lot in the air, but Genesis not being able to explit the width where we were stronger. Melton scored again in the second half and despite several very good chances including a "very stong" shout for handball Genesis couldn't find a way through. Joe McSharry was MoM, first game back so great performance

Genesis went 3-0 up with 5 mins to go and Melton crept back in with 2 late goals. Fortunately Genesis hold on to the 3 points. 2 goals from Jon Daniles, and 1 from Pete Carlill. Assists from Jon Daniels, Andy Curran and Pete Carlill. MoM Pete Daniels.
